More Nooks and Crannies atMuldoon

Looking forward to the Candlelight Service on Christmas Eve
but hoping we don't need a sleigh.
The church lights are dimmed as the organ plays Silent Night.
People then pass a flame from candle to candle until everyone is holding a lit candle.
When all the candles are lit, the congregation joins in, singing Silent Night.

  4. I love candle light service. Had never actually been to one until adult. Most churches that I attended as a child didn't have that. Such a lovely atmosphere for Christmas Eve, and then family would arrive after. A sleigh would be fun, but understand. :)

    Thanks for visiting and linking.
