Looking forward to the Candlelight Service on Christmas Eve

but hoping we don't need a sleigh.

The church lights are dimmed as the organ plays Silent Night.

People then pass a flame from candle to candle until everyone is holding a lit candle. 

When all the candles are lit, the congregation joins in, singing Silent Night.

in choosing this recording, few of them were 'joyful and triumphant' hmm.

This one was more along the lines of what I am used to.

We pass this church often in Greenville, PA.

The red doors seem to fit the season.
