Azalea in winter; or cotton boll in summer?

  1. beautiful which ever it is. my mother lived in Savannah, we went for a visit on hew years day. her dead azaleas in the back yard had bright pink flowers. as I looked out her window I said MOTHER what did you do? she had wire plastic pink flowers all over the dead bushes

  2. Here in Florida, the azaleas show up usually in February, depending on the temps. Last year we had a freeze while they were in bloom. Most of the blooms died but there were still quite a few buds that survived and bloomed.
