Over and Over and Over - 02 July 2016

On an evening drive through the state park we came upon two young ladies training two dogs to retrieve in the water.
The RG asked permission for photos and they graciously agreed.

This black lab is a beginner but she's catching on.

The star of the evening was the German Short Hair.
He's a second year student.

'Wait', 'Wait'

He didn't stop at the end of the dock. This was the pause for launch.

It's mine
Lift off.

Successful Retrieve

Here ya go.
Let's do it again.

  1. Great photos! We have a lab and she never gets tired of swimming!

  2. Wonderful series Gayle!! Your photos made me feel like I was right there with you watching these beautifully trained animals. Working dogs are so happy when they have something to do. (I think people are kind of like that too actually.)

  3. Love it! So cute. I wish I was there :-)

  4. Hello, great action shots. The retrievers do love to fetch and swim. Awesome critter post. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your 4th of July weekend!

  5. That's neat to watch training. I hope you have a safe & fun holiday weekend!

  6. Lovely dogs!
    Have a great week-end!

  7. Wonderful photos of handsome dogs and their fun retrieving ~ ^_^

Happy Independence Day Weekend to you ~ ^_^

  8. Splish Splash, taking a bath!

    Cute water doggies, Gayle.

  9. They never quit! You brought back beautiful memories for me. Thank you for sharing.
